Our Restaurants
Matt Rootes began his restaurant career with an old Columbus favorite, Cooker Bar and Grille. Matt spent 14 years with Cooker working his way up from associate manager to General manager. Matt opened 5 new restaurants with Cooker. Matt’s restaurant journey continued with Logan’s Roadhouse, where he opened several new restaurants as an associate, General and Regional manager. Matt spent 13 years with Logan’s.

Tony Wildman began his restaurant career at the ripe age of 12 when he began dishwashing in his parents’ hometown family restaurant. Tony continued to learn the restaurant business throughout his youth with his family restaurant, The Rooster Inn.
Tony landed in Nashville, TN. During that time, Tony opened his first small business called Young Chefs. Young Chefs was an educational cooking class developed for children where they got to eat what they created under Tony’s close eye.
Since 2015, Matt and Tony have opened 5 restaurants including Matt and Tony’s Kitchen x Tavern, Matt and Tony’s Wood Fired Kitchen, Matt and Tony’s at Home, MT Peckers Wing House and now Moran’s Bar and Grille.
